Tips to stop Overeating

A LITTLE BIT OF MINDFULNESS GOES A LONG WAY:

_ Calorie counting, Macro ratios, Meal plans etc have their place and can work really well for people. BUT...they're not completely necessary, just helpful. _ Finding ways to not overeat might be all you ever need to do. Eating a little bit less each meal is simple, maybe not easy, but it's as simple as an idea can get. _ Embrace the hunger. It's natural to feel more hunger than usual or like you "need something else". That's just your body expecting what it usually gets. It doesn't mean that you NEED it. If you just ride that wave for a while, you'll get used to it and eating less will become your new normal. _ If you find this helpful let me know and share with a friend.
